Since we had our yard sale on Thursday, our garage has a lot more space now! The only bad thing about our house is that our kitchen doesn’t have a lot of space, so our pantry is in the garage. Today’s “Tackle it Tuesday” is organizing our garage pantry. I’m going to organize the giant cabinet where we keep our dry goods and organize the shelves with our canned goods as well. For weeks, as I’ve been organizing everywhere else, I’ve been saving my extra boxes and baskets just for this occasion! I think this will really help us take stock of what we have, especially as I do some of the tasks for Thursday’s “Christmas in July” series as a part of “Thinking Ahead Thursday”. the boy (aka Mr. Right) swears that the way to beat inflation is to stockpile food. which i have no problem in doing, but since he's moving next month (ish) then i'm not buying a bunch of stuff just to have to pack up.
i'm going to show him your blog tonight and insist that he needs to build me a pantry in the laundry room of his new place :)
Ugh! Why are pantries such a pain? Mine needs organizing all the time.
